Thank you! I do find Tracy Anderson exercises effective, although I am currently only doing her cardio because I know I need something quick and effective - once I lose more weight I’m gonna add in the toning exercises!
As far as what contributes most to my results, I hate to say it but it’s really a combination of diet AND exercises! I think what helps is tracking, and I’ve been tracking all my exercising, weight, body fat %, and what i’m eating every day for about 2 weeks now and that makes me aware of what I’m putting in to my body, and it’s great motivation to exercise so that I don’t leave that space blank in my spreadsheet!
I’ve been exercising on and off since April, but only really been consistent with it recently!

Awww thank you!! haha I’ve heard really good things about p90x, so I bet it would work! I just haven’t tried it myself. I think the main key is just to be consistent. :) Good luck!! x
My body fat is the lowest I’ve seen it since I got that scale! Today I am 121lbs exactly, and 18.8% body fat. I remember being above 20% when i started all of this…and now I’ve dropped! Woo!
I’ve been working out every single day since I started tracking on a spreadsheet that my ex helped me make, and even though it’s only been 7 days, I’m still impressed with myself for managing to workout every day. LoL I only remember one day where I REALLY didn’t feel like doing it, but my sister wanted to so I did it too, luckily. And I’m slowly working my way up to doing 40 minutes of cardio - yesterday was my first day doing half an hour, (and of course I really only step-touched it for the last 10 mins, but still. Better than sitting on my butt.) and I was just GLOWING with sweat after. LoL (Gross, I know, but it’s weird because in a way I think it’s kinda sexy when there’s a slight sheen from the sweat I’ve worked up. Maybe one day I’ll find a guy who thinks so too. LoL!)
Anyway, I’m still doing Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method cardio. Cardio was always more of a struggle for me than doing any sort of strength exercises, so I’m just focusing on that for now. When I’ve lost a few more pounds I’ll start toning as well so I’ll look…tight. If you know what I mean.
Bad news (for my weight) is I’m off to Atlanta for labor day weekend, so I don’t know how much exercise I’ll be able to fit in, and I’ll really have to be careful about my portions for what I eat! I really don’t wanna gain everything back that I’ve worked this hard to lose! There’ll be a pool though, where I’m staying, so I’m gonna be a nerd and bring my goggles so that I can at least do some laps and work up my heart rate that way, in between sunbathing of course! :D
