It’s been a while…!
I’m still here, and still on my quest to lose more weight!
I actually recently shared my weight-loss goals with my ex-bf, and he’s trying to get “leaner” (he isn’t fat at ALL - just a guy thing, I feel like!) and he helped me make a spreadsheet to track my daily weight, body fat %, what I ate and my exercise, and he’s my accountability partner (he made me share all that info with him even though I was deathly embarrassed at first), and I’ve now been tracking for 4 days. I think it’s helping. The results still aren’t where I want them, but I’ve FINALLY started exercising again!
I used the DVD that came with Tracy Anderson’s book, and for the first 3 days just did either Cardio 1 or 2, and yesterday I added in the standing abs, unweighted arms, and cool down from her Mat DVD, and today I did both Cardio 1 & 2 (tho honestly I was just stepping it for part of the 2nd half!) and then did the unweighted arms from her Mat DVD. I just like having something to put down under the “exercise” column of my spreadsheet!
And the fact that I am recording every little bit that I eat (and that I know he’s reading it) helps my eating habits too. Lucky for me I’m far too honest to lie on it. LoL So…it helps!
I hope I can keep this up. My calves have been sore from all the jumping around in the cardio that I do. And the muscles around my hips, part of my abs, and my arms are all a little achy. Yay! :D
